Our background
Wind Chimes Kindergarten is a registered school founded by Ms. Winnie Bagonza on 5 September 2005.
It was developed from a long vision of an African school excelling in service delivery to international standards. Wind Chimes offers learning that encourages enthusiasm and curiosity. We encourage play-based learning, which helps children develop positive social and emotional skills.
